OFFICIAL TICKET SALES PROGRAMS

Sell the show. Share the return.

TheBank uses trackable ticket links and codes so artists and approved community supporters can directly participate in ticket sales for eligible events.

50%

Performing Artist Ticket Program

Eligible performing artists can receive 50% of the ticket sales credited to their assigned inventory, code, or tracking link, subject to the written event agreement.

  • TheBank assigns the artist a trackable sales method and may limit available ticket inventory.
  • Artists are responsible for any physical or allocated ticket inventory issued to them, including accounting for sold and unsold tickets.
  • Digital sales are credited through the assigned tracking link or code.
  • Settlement is based on verified credited sales and the terms agreed for that event.
  • Payouts may begin as ticket funds clear, with final reconciliation after the event so late and same-day sales can be included.
25%

Community Supporter / Authorized Reseller

Approved community supporters can earn 25% of ticket sales made through their unique venue-issued tracking link or code for eligible events.

  • No ticket buying or inventory purchase is required when using a digital tracking link.
  • Share the assigned link or code. Verified sales attached to it are credited to the supporter.
  • Final payout occurs during post-event reconciliation after ticket funds have cleared. Same-day transactions can take additional time to reach the venue account.
  • For events where complimentary admission is offered as part of the reseller program, the applicable event terms will identify that benefit.
  • Only venue-approved participants may represent themselves as authorized TheBank ticket resellers.

One important distinction

The 50% artist program is performer compensation tied to that artist's event agreement. The 25% community supporter program is a promotional sales commission. Neither program gives a participant authority to sell vendor booths, sponsorships, represent the venue generally, or alter ticket prices or event terms.

All settlements are based on verified sales actually credited to the assigned link, code, or inventory and funds received by TheBank. Event-specific written agreements control where they differ from this general program description.
